What we collect
When you fill in an enquiry form, we receive your name, email address and phone number, the home or service you’re interested in, and anything you write in the message box. We also note the page you were on and any campaign tags in the link you used — that just tells us which ad or page brought you here.
If you call, WhatsApp or email us, we’ll naturally have your number or address and whatever you tell us.
Why we collect it
To answer your enquiry. That means calling you back, sending the price list, floor plans or brochure you asked for, and arranging a site visit if you want one. We may follow up about this project, but we won’t bombard you. If you’d rather we stopped, just say so.
Who sees it
Our team does. If you ask us to book a visit or a unit, we’ll share what’s needed with the developer, GB Realty, to make that happen. We don’t sell your details, and we don’t hand them to anyone for their own marketing.
Cookies and tracking
This site doesn’t use advertising cookies. The interactive Google Map only loads if you click to open it — at that point Google’s own privacy policy applies to the map. Your browser may remember small things like whether you’ve already seen our enquiry pop-up during a visit; that stays on your device.
How long we keep it
As long as it’s useful for your enquiry, and no longer than we need to for legal or accounting reasons. After that, we delete it.
Your choices

Changes
